The activity plan contains the projects/programs for a period of five years identified under each of the strategic alternatives. It is aimed at achieving the results (alternatives) contributing to the output (Grand strategy) in order to reach the overall goal leading to the larger purpose or the mission of the organization. In the case of formulating the projects the workshop participants used the ideas given by renowned persons with whom the SLEJF has contacts.
In order to implement and monitor the plan, the pertinent indicators, means of verification, responsibilities, the time frame, and the resources: additional human resources, materials including equipment and costs needed are identified.
